Non-Returnable Product
This product is a non-returnable item and cannot be returned once delivered.
Eligible Cases for Replacement
However, a replacement or refund request may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Product received in a damaged or leaking condition
- Incorrect item delivered
- Product received in an expired or unusable condition
- Package received with significant transit damage
How to Raise a Request
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Details of the issue
After verification, our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.
Important Note
- Replacement requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
- Minor packaging dents or external wear caused during transit that do not affect product quality may not qualify for replacement or refund.
- Refund approval is subject to verification and company policy.
