At Dadi Ka Achaar, we are committed to delivering fresh, hygienically packed, and high-quality homemade pickles to our customers. As our products fall under the food and grocery category, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Non-Returnable Product

This product is a non-returnable item and cannot be returned once delivered.

Eligible Cases for Replacement 

However, a replacement or refund request may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Product received in a damaged or leaking condition
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Product received in an expired or unusable condition
  • Package received with significant transit damage

How to Raise a Request

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Details of the issue

After verification, our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.

Important Note

  • Replacement requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
  • Minor packaging dents or external wear caused during transit that do not affect product quality may not qualify for replacement or refund.
  • Refund approval is subject to verification and company policy.
